tess of the d´urbervilles

"from here she watched the wind, the snow, the rain, beautiful sunsets and full moons, one after another." Tess of the d´urbervilles by the english writer Thomas Hardy , is the first book we read at the la porte rouge book reading club. the members (you can join us) are supposed to post about the book the same day (today).

I haven ´t finished the book (some problems with the bookseller). I´m reading it in english, so it goes little by little, but I´m enjoying the book. I found very touching the baptism of her baby.
