great surprise waiting for me at the mail box. coco´s letter arrived today!

hot sunny day, went to visit the craft fair. I bought some soaps and nice carpets for our house.

lunch at my in laws orchard and storm arriving to Bilbao. Nasturtium are growing fast!

at lunch i have to water my orchids and pelargoniums, prepare some food, put away winter clothes, do the washing, watch some tv (Jamie Oliver 30') and read my favourite deco magazines. This make me think at this brilliant post from Sarah at SAIPUA .

It´s been a hot spring day and now it´s raining. This morning I was looking for some doorway for this post and the light was beautiful.

At the Emaus shop I bought this poster by David Inshaw , as a child I used to play badminton with my brother and cousins and it brings back old memories. I didn´t know this painter, the atmosphere of the painting is a little (only a little) sinister but I like it.

at Lotte´s blog I saw her healthy clorophytum and I decided to get a new place for mine.

lately I am a little obsessed with roses. I want to plant some of them at my squatted garden (at my  in-laws orchard...). I received last week the David Austin Roses catalogue and I am triying to choose some of them. And do you know this great book?

yesterday we went to another children party. My husband played some music with this Hanna Montana guitar

and the children were pleased (only for some minutes...). Seven years living here in Bilbao an today  for the first time, with Haize we have done this nice walk by the sea.

Ivy and The secret garden

at Easter holidays I bought The secret garden (by Frances Hodgson Burnett) to my daughter. Some years ago I saw the film (by Agnieszka Holland), but I wanted to 

read the book . It´s a very nice one, for childs and adults. We are enjoying our bedtime reading.

normally I arrive at home from work at 21.00 (more or less), just on time to see the rayon vert bathing my window boxes. And talking about the film... what a beautiful one! Any Eric Rohmer fan?
