the other day at work a customer brought two old flower pots filled with some dying clorophytum to be changed for new pelargoniums. of course I adopted the old plants...

tess of the d´urbervilles

Tess of the d´urbervilles by the english writer Thomas Hardy , is the first book we read at the la porte rouge book reading club. the members (you can join us) are supposed to post about the book the same day (today).

I haven ´t finished the book (some problems with the bookseller). I´m reading it in english, so it goes little by little, but I´m enjoying the book. I found very touching the baptism of her baby.

yesterday at work I was taking out the plants  in the street, thinking about looking for another job , and lolita, a nice neighbour offered me a little jar of tomato jam that she had made herself. yesterday too I received my marie claire idees!!! 

this song is like a drug. I have to force myself to stop listening at it!

yesterday we had lunch at a gastronomical society

this is a strange basque custom, only the man cook, and the women are not allowed to enter in the kitchen...

I think that this is a sexist costum. At the menu alubias con sacramentos (beans). The kids enjoyed the creme caramel.This is me at the last photo.
